The Annual Fund helps our faculty and students meet their true potential. It supports Curry student professional development in both local and national venues. It fosters the development of student communities within programs and across the school. It finances educational outreach to disadvantaged and learning disabled K-12 students. It helps establish and administer scholarship and fellowship funds for students, as well as endowed chairs for faculty. It supports fundraising efforts for Curry research and outreach programs. And it attracts capital for improving the school’s physical facilities.
The Annual Fund both enhances the Curry School experience for our students and increases the school’s impact on the community and across the nation.
Annual giving is also an important measure of alumni attitudes toward the Curry School. Alumni participation in Annual Fund giving signals strong support for the school and satisfaction with the Curry experience, which translates into national rankings that reinforce the ongoing value of your Curry degree.
“The Annual Fund gives Curry the discretion to decide where the money is needed. The contribution is unrestricted, and we know that there are many areas that can benefit from additional financial resources.” --Anne Kinnier Driscoll (M.Ed. '70) and Irving Driscoll (M.Ed. '70, Ed.D. '79)
