Bill is an attorney, practicing community and condo association law in Fairfax, Va. He graduated in 1967 from U.Va. College of Arts & Sciences and in 1976 from Georgetown University Law School. He is a member of the Fairfax and American Bar Associations, the District of Columbia Bar and Virginia State Bar. Bill is also a member of NCOUR and headed the U.Va. Class of 1967 Reunion Giving Committee.
