Social Studies Education

Students interested in Social Studies have a variety of options at the Curry School of Education. For those interested in a master’s degree with licensure and endorsement, we offer our B/MT, a five-year program that includes both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree. We also offer our post-graduate MT, a 2-year master’s program for those who already have a bachelor’s degree. The M.Ed. and Ed.D. degrees are offered in Curriculum and Instruction with an optional emphasis in Social Studies Education. The Ph.D. degree in Education is offered with a concentration in Social Studies Education.
