Mike Auclaire

Mike is taking graduate courses in instructional design at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs while working towards a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the University of Northern Colorado. He has a bachelors in Physical Education from Utah State and a masters in Administration and Leadership from Plattsburgh State. Mike is an Air Force Officer with 10 years of training and evaluation experience as a navigator. He has been an instructor at the Air Force Academy for the past 5 years where he is currently the course director for "Air Force Operations," a core course for all freshmen.

Don Mynatt

Donald Mynatt graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1982 with a BS in Industrial Technology. Immediately after graduation, Lockheed Missiles & Space Company recruited him to work at the Satellite Test Center in Sunnyvale, California, as an Associate Satellite Operations Engineer. In 1986, as a Senior Satellite Operations/Simulations Engineer, Don relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he developed training simulations for the Air Force. Next, Don accepted a position with GE as a Systems Engineer on the Strategic Defense Initiative program. There he worked on various human-in-the-loop simulation projects. In 1994, Don accepted a position with E-Systems as a Senior Technical Specialist on a military communications program. Here Don began development of operation and maintenance Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) applications that have now evolved into CBT.

Michael L. Waggett

Mike is currently a candidate for a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, CO. He received his Undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Syracuse University, NY. Mike holds the rank of Major and is a full-time member of the Colorado Air National Guard. He has over 12 years of flying in various fighter aircraft. He has experience with live instruction and curriculum development while an Instructor Pilot and during many other training positions he has held in his military career. He is also a part time facilitator for leadership training with Development Dimensions International. Mike hopes to use his skills in instructional design and computer based training to develop new ways to train the National Guard at both the State and Federal levels.

Sandra Wardenburg

Sandra Wardenburg is currently completing her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She started her undergraduate education in mathematics and music on a scholarship in Oklahoma and completed a B.S. in mathematics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While in Oklahoma, she played in the Lawton Philharmonic Orchestra and was also a member of the All-Star College band. Sandra taught high-school-level mathematics and Principles of Leadership for four years at the Las Vegas Academy of International Studies and Performing Arts. She was also a presenter at several local and state-level teacher conferences. Currently, Sandra works as an instructional designer and CBT developer for Lockheed Martin/GDE Systems. She plans to begin a Ph.D. program in the Fall of 1998 in Educational Leadership and Innovation.
