Cville Weekly Features Curry Service Learning Research


Eighth grade science students studied river quality and determined the area could benefit from natural plant buffers.

Curry professor Sara Rimm-Kaufman and Research Associate Eileen Merritt received a grant from Youth-Nex and the DuBarry Foundation to study the effects of engaging the students in this service-learning program.
