This project will develop a course design institute (CDI) especially for instructors in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), and will train 30 instructors over 4 years (120 total) on principles of teaching and learning pedagogy. CASTL-HE will oversee the assessment of faculty beliefs and practices and the assessment of student learning.
