Record of Progress
Students enrolled in Ed.S, and doctoral programs must maintain a current Record of Progress Form, which should be started upon initial registration. Review the form each semester with your advisor to ensure you are meeting all program requirements.
Doctoral (Ed.D. & Ph.D.) students must submit their completed Record of Progress Forms to the Office of Admissions and Student Affairs at the same time they are turning in their dissertation materials for graduation.
Education Specialist (Ed.S.) Records of Progress forms are not submitted to the Office of Admissions, as they are used only for advising purposes.

* Ed.D. Record of Progress (for students admitted prior to Fall 2010)
* Ph.D. Record of Progress (for students whose first term of enrollment is prior to August 2009)
* Ph.D. Record of Progress (for students entering Fall 2009 or later)
