Leadership, Foundations and Policy


The Education Leadership, Foundations and Policy (EDLF) department represents a group of specialty areas that contribute to the underpinnings of quality educational practice at all levels, including research, human development, foundations of education, leadership, higher education, and policy.  EDLF serves educators both on-grounds and off-grounds through a variety of offerings, including certificates and M.Ed., Ed.S., Ed.D, and Ph.D degrees.

The University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA) is a consortium of higher education institutions committed to advancing the preparation and practice of educational leaders for the benefit of schools and children. In 2010, the Curry School was selected to serve as headquarters to UCEA.
