Adam Pearson holds a B.A. in History from James Madison University. He has been the Human Resources Generalist for the Curry School of Education for the last two years. Prior to that he was a Human Resources Manager for Lowes for four years. He has over five years of experience with recruiting, hiring, performance management, employee relations, change management, learning and development, workforce planning and succession planning. He has led several learning and development initiatives which have included interviewing skills workshops, resume building workshops and performance management training for supervisors and employees.
