Gather a Curry team and create a gingerbread house to submit for the ninth annual Gingerbreadical Village! Teams should decorate their houses in advance and bring them for display at the party. Party attendees vote for Best Education, Best UVA, and Best Overall Themed houses.

In it’s 17th year, Lighting of the Lawn aims to bring together students, faculty, and the Charlottesville community in an event to come together, foster a sense of community and camaraderie, and enjoy each others’ positivity. There will be performances from UVA and Charlottesville groups, receptions for University departments and schools in pavilions, and of course the light show at the conclusion of the night!

Come enjoy the end of the semester and celebrate what makes the UVA community special with your fellow Hoos! Can’t attend in person? This website will have a livestream!
