Todd is a double-major in Speech Communication Disorders and French from Dinwiddie, Virginia.
My academic experience at the Curry School has been very hands-on and based upon team cooperation – overall, a very practical school, providing the applicable tools for success in a real-life career. What I love most about the Curry School are the interactive and invested faculty. They are truly like no other faculty you will find on Grounds.
Outside of class, I am involved in Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, Fourth Year Trustees, Madison House volunteering, and the Curry Research Conference Planning Committee. I also participate in research projects within the Curry School's Speech Pathology department, as well as the Micro/Cancer/Immunobiology research through the UVA Health System. I love volunteering at local horse stables, working with any and all animals (especially cows!), staying physically active around Grounds through biking, running, and weight training in the on-Grounds gyms, and immersing myself in French culture around Grounds and in the Charlottesville community.
Ultimately, I hope to enroll in vet school, after which I would hope to become a vet in the farm animal industry.
