  • Research Specialist

    EdPolicyWorks seeks highly qualified applicants for a Research Specialist or Research Specialist Intermediate. The incumbent provides research coordination and project support on large-scale quantitative research projects. Responsibilities include assisting senior researchers in the operation of multiple projects, working with large-scale data sets, conducting data collection, data cleaning, and data management by utilizing Stata statistical software, as well as software such as Excel and GIS. At least one year of experience in data management and statistical analysis is required for both positions. A bachelor's degree in Economics, Education, Psychology, Public Policy, Sociology, or a related discipline is required for either level of position.   • Research Assistant Professor

    EdPolicyWorks seeks applicants for full-time, 12-month salaried non-tenure track Research Assistant Professor of Education. Incumbents conduct high quality research and produce scholarship that aligns with the mission of EdPolicyWorks. Possibility of teaching based on need, load availability, and mutual agreement between successful candidate, Department Chair, and the EdPolicyWorks Director.   • Post-Doctoral Research Associate

    EdPolicyWorks seeks applicants for a two-year post-doctoral research associate position. We are particularly interested in scholars with an interest in quantitative analysis of policies to improve access to and quality of early childhood interventions in low-income communities, interventions leveraging behavioral insights intended to modify the context in which learning occurs at scale, and the effects of interventions or policies to improve teacher effectiveness. A Ph.D. in Education, Education Policy, Public Policy or Economics or a relevant social science discipline is required by the start date of the position.
